The different views will help you see the tasks, who and when easily. I’ve prepare different views to help you on a daily basis

Daily & Weekly chores

These are the simplest views, but perfect to look from your mobile phone to mark as done the tasks as you go

Notion calendar :

I strongly recommend to add this to your Notion Calendar so that you have your household to do along with your personal agenda.

Unfortunately you can’t use the buttons from Notion Calendar

Calendar view in the page :

Easiest way to see the next tasks that should be done, mark them as done or postpone them if you won’t manage them on the due date

Chores repartition :

Get a full view of the tasks and make sure you all fairly contribute to the household chores

The aim is to only use the buttons to mark your tasks as done or postpone them later.

“Mark as done ✅”

When I click on the button, it set up Previous deadline to Today and then add the Days of reports (1, 2, 7 or 15) to set up Deadline, the next time the task need to be done.

Exemples *:

• I have to wash the sheets every month, the frequency is 30 Days. The last time I did the task was Sept, 9th (Previous deadline), the next time will be Oct, 9th
• Now, let’s say I “Mark as done” the task on Oct, 11th (I’m a bit late), the deadline will automatically be set up to Nov, 11th*

“+ 1 day”, “+ 2 days”, “+ 1 week”, “+2 weeks” buttons

When I click on the button, it set up Previous deadline to Today and then add the Frequency to set up Deadline, the next time the task need to be done.

Exemples *:

• I have to wash the sheets every month, the frequency is 30 Days. The last time I did the task was Sept, 9th (Previous deadline), the next time will be Oct, 9th
• Now, let’s say that on Oct, 9th I’m not available, I postpone it for 2 days : I click on “+2 days”. The new deadline is Oct, 11th*
